Buying a home is an exciting time in one's life. Choosing a REALTOR® is your first step to ensuring that your new home and community meet your needs. My services and experience range from knowing the best Loan Officers to recommend to you based on your circumstances, to helping you determine the proper location to search, to finding the home that best suits you and your family and will give you the most appreciation on your investment. For your convenience, I also provide listings by email. You'll be given the highest quality of service. I pride myself on repeat business and referrals and those only come from very satisfied clients.
As Your Agent, I Will:
- Explain the entire buying process to you at the beginning so that there are no surprises later.
- Help you in selecting the correct Loan Officer for your circumstances (excellent credit, bad credit, no credit, etc).
- Answer all of your questions about the local market area, including schools, neighborhoods, the local economy, and more.
- Assure that you see all the properties in the area that meet your criteria.
- Make sure you don't pay too much for your new home and help you avoid the many costly mistakes in the Real Estate contracts.
- Recommend home inspectors to you that I've worked with and trust to do a thorough inspection. I will personally attend the inspection (even if you can't).
- Help negotiate any repairs that the seller must make within the specified period in the contract.
- Arrange and attend a follow-up inspection to verify that the repairs were performed as the sellers agreed to do.
- Perform a final walk-through with you prior to closing.
- Attend the signing with you at the Title Company to help answer any questions that you may have. Also, to help you double check the numbers one last time.
- And most exciting of all... Give you your keys to your new home!
