I'm one of the few that are "Certified" in Short Sale and Foreclosures (SFR) by the National Association of Realtors. I'm also a member of Short Sale Superstars which is a group of agents that share secrets to help get their clients transactions closed with the banks. These types of transactions have MANY hurdles.
